1) Research-Only Products
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. See our Terms and Legal Disclaimer.
2) Eligibility Summary
To qualify for a return/refund, all conditions must be met:
Form: Product must be in powdered (lyophilized) form.
Not eligible: Any product that has been reconstituted, diluted, dissolved, or otherwise converted to liquid.
Condition: Unopened, unused, and sealed in the original, tamper-evident packaging with all labels intact.
Storage: Stored according to the labeled conditions since delivery (e.g., temperature/light).
Timeframe: Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery (see Section 3 for damaged/incorrect items).
Proof: Provide order number, photos of the unopened vial, lot/batch number, and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that fail any eligibility requirement above.
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, and vial/label.
If verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (our choice), and provide a prepaid label when applicable.
Keep all materials until your claim is resolved.
4) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Any liquid or reconstituted peptide.
Opened, unsealed, partially used, or relabeled items.
Items without original packaging/labels or with damaged tamper seals.
Clearance/special-order items marked final sale.
Orders beyond the stated time windows.
5) Return Authorization (RMA) Required

for an RMA number before shipping anything back.
Returns without an RMA will be refused.
Unless we sent a damaged/incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping, tracking, and adequate insulation/packaging.
6) Refund Method & Timing
Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may assess up to a 15% restocking fee for discretionary returns (not applicable to our errors/defects).
7) Risk of Loss & Transit
You are responsible for items until we confirm receipt. Use a trackable service with appropriate temperature protection to prevent degradation in transit.
8) Quality Concerns
If you believe a product does not meet specifications, contact us within 14 days with experimental details and lot information. We may request documentation and, if confirmed, will replace or refund at our discretion.
9) Export/Import & Regulatory
Returns must comply with all applicable shipping and regulatory requirements. We cannot accept returns that would violate handling, import/export, or hazardous-materials rules.
10) Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your request governs your return.
