Account Info: username, hashed password, preferences.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information and we are not a HIPAA covered entity.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes in this Policy, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

2) Buyer Qualifications & Responsibilities

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

You are 18 years or older and legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

You have the knowledge, training, facilities, and equipment to safely handle, store, and use these products for research.

You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards (including, as applicable, OSHA/NIOSH, local/state/federal rules, and institutional policies).

You will not use our products as drugs, cosmetics, food additives, or for any application involving human or animal use.

3) No Medical Claims; FDA Statement

5) Shipping, Handling, & Export Controls

You are responsible for compliance with import/export restrictions and for providing accurate shipping information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

11) Returns & Refusals

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected misuse, regulatory risk, or supply constraints). Returns are governed by our posted Return Policy (if applicable).

12) Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution

This Disclaimer and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or the products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. We may offer or require informal resolution and/or binding arbitration per our Terms of Service if posted.

13) Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
