Our Commitment

Trenchwork Peptides is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to comply with applicable U.S. laws and guidance, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target standard.

Measures We Take

Design & Development: We build and test pages with semantic HTML, meaningful link text, keyboard-friendly navigation, sufficient color contrast, and captions/alt text for non-text content.

Ongoing Monitoring: We perform periodic audits (automated and manual) and correct issues we identify or that users report.

Training: Staff and contractors responsible for content and code receive guidance on accessibility best practices.

Current Conformance Status

Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some areas may not fully meet this level yet. We are prioritizing fixes that affect navigation, screen reader compatibility, forms, and media.

Assistance & Alternative Access

If you experience difficulty using our website, we will provide timely reasonable accommodations and alternate formats at no charge.

When contacting us, please describe the issue, the page URL, the assistive technology/browser you use, and your contact information.

Feedback & Response Times

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our site. We strive to acknowledge feedback within 2 business days and, when feasible, provide a resolution or timeline within 10 business days.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with major browsers and assistive technologies, including recent versions of:

Screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)

Keyboard-only navigation

Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

Mobile screen readers on iOS and Android

Some older browsers or unsupported extensions may affect performance.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some third-party content, widgets, or embedded media may not fully meet accessibility standards. We do not control these vendors’ code, but we advocate for accessible alternatives and provide contact information or alt pathways when possible.

Third-Party Platforms

Our presence on third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, shipping trackers) is subject to those providers’ accessibility. If you encounter barriers on a third-party site used in our purchase or support flows, let us know and we will assist or provide an alternative.

Videos & Media

Where we publish videos, we aim to provide captions and, when appropriate, transcripts or audio descriptions.

Documents

Where we provide downloadable documents, we aim to publish accessible formats (e.g., tagged PDFs or HTML). Upon request, we can supply alternative formats (e.g., large print, braille-ready files).

Policy & Procurement

We consider accessibility in vendor selection and content procurement. Where feasible, we prefer vendors that conform to WCAG 2.2 AA or provide an up-to-date accessibility conformance report (e.g., WCAG/VPAT).

Legal Framework (U.S.)

We strive to meet obligations under ADA Title III (public accommodations) and applicable state non-discrimination laws.

Although private businesses are generally not required to follow Section 508 (applies to federal agencies), we voluntarily align with WCAG 2.2 AA to support broad accessibility.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement at least annually and update our practices as standards and technologies evolve.
